Shirley Nordrum

Shirley Nordrum is an enrolled member of the Red Lake Nation and member of the Martin clan. Shirley has a BS degree in Biology and has 32 years of Natural Resource experience, but more importantly she has spent her life participating in traditional Ojibwe life practices such as maple sugar, wild rice and berry harvests, hunting and fishing. Sharing these gifts and skills with community, in particular youth, is one of her passions. Connecting with, learning from, and living life in harmony with earth relatives builds healthy happy people and community and is the focus of Shirley’s every action.
