Prescribed Fire Project Manager – The Nature Conservancy

Are you passionate about prescribed fire management, conservation, and collaborative work? We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who thrives in team environments and adapts proactively to evolving project needs.
The Prescribed Fire Project Manager will be a key member of TNC Colorado’s Forest and Fire Program. They will work closely with federal, state, county, community, and Tribal partners to achieve shared conservation goals. This role supports a diverse portfolio of prescribed fire projects that advance collaborative fire use and forest restoration in priority landscapes including the Front Range and Southwest Colorado. The Prescribed Fire Project Manager will play a vital role in strengthening relationships with public and private stakeholders while developing project management and leadership skills in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.
