Regulatory Stormwater Field Technician – Capitol Region Watershed District (St. Paul, MN)
Capitol Region Watershed District (District) seeks a full-time permanent Regulatory Stormwater Field Technician to perform entry-level duties assisting the Regulatory Division in implementing and enforcing CRWD Rules that protect water resources of the District. The technician will be responsible for conducting permit site inspections, documenting work through inspection reports, providing technical guidance, ensuring completion of permit closure requirements, assisting with maintenance inspections, and communicating findings in person and via telephone and email to a wide range of partners. Much of the work will be in the field, with some office work including development plan review, email communication and follow-up with permit holders and contractors, record keeping, database management, and other duties as needed.
Salary: ranges from $48,681- $73,149
