Executive Director

Position: Executive Director
Location: St. Paul, MN
Salary: $150,000 and $175,000 annually

Position Summary: The Corps seeks its next Executive Director to lead a bold agenda, to provide stability and inspiration to the skilled and committed staff, and to envision an organizational and world future that is financially sustainable and that recognizes the changing needs and priorities of our day.

The Executive Director reports to CCMI’s 19-member Board of Directors and is responsible for consistent achievement of CCMI’s environmental stewardship, service-learning mission, and financial objectives. The Executive Director provides guidance and oversight of an annual operating budget of $10+ million with multiple revenue streams, leads a passionate and committed team of 41 staff members and nearly 400 program participants, and works to build a cohesive, equitable, and inclusive team among approximately seven locations in Minnesota and Iowa.
