Youth and Family Liaison
Position: Youth and Family Liaison
Program: Summer Youth Corps (SYC)
Location: St. Paul, MN
Salary: $23.00 – $25.00/hour
Position Summary: The Youth and Family Liaison is a new position that will play a pivotal role in supporting 40-80 youth participants and their families within CCMI’s Summer Youth Corps (SYC) residential program as well as the community-based program expansion (set to launch in 2026). The Youth and Family Liaison will facilitate a close working relationship between youth, their families, and other SYC and CCMI staff. They will be the primary contact for youth and families. They will be responsible for managing the communication and collaboration necessary to fulfill the administrative aspects before, during, and after youth programming.

Community-Based Program Manager
Position: Community-Based Program Manager
Program: Youth Outdoors
Location: St. Paul, MN
Salary: $62,000 – $65,000
Position Summary: The Community-Based Program Manager is a new position that will collaborate on the redesign of the Youth Outdoors program (2025) into the new, community-based expansion of our Summer Youth Corps (SYC) program (2026 and beyond). This position requires creativity and energy to overcome the challenges inherent to new program design and implementation, as well as supervisory, customer/client services, project management, and administrative skills.
