Robin Webb

As the Community-Based Program Manager, Robin oversees and collaborates on the redesign of youth programming at CCMI, transitioning it into the new, community-based expansion of our Summer Youth Corps (SYC) program (2026 and beyond). Before coming to CCMI, Robin spent 5 years working for the local Girl Scout council, leading a variety of outdoor and leadership programming for youth of all ages, including as a summer camp director. She also previously served as an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow, supporting middle school students struggling with school attendance or engagement.

Outside of work, Robin spends lots of time outside hiking, camping, and swimming or paddling in local lakes! They also enjoy playing on a roller derby team, baking cookies, and reading a good book with their cat.
