Seth is one of the Field Coordinators for Central District operations based in the Twin Cities area. He is responsible for supporting crews in the field, fleet maintenance, equipment repair, and project coordination. Seth began his conservation career in college, managing revegetation projects and invasive species removal on campus in Los Angeles. After graduation, he worked in his hometown of Chicago with Audubon Great Lakes and the Forest Preserves of Cook County on a habitat restoration crew and resource management crew, respectively. Seth joined Southwest Conservation Corps in 2021 and spent a season leading high-school conservation crews and an adult chainsaw crew. He then enjoyed two seasons as a field supervisor, and was hired in 2024 as the Watershed Programs Coordinator, managing herbicide operations, saw trainings, partner relations, project planning, and execution. Seth joined CCMI in December of 2025 and is excited to continue engaging young adults in conservation field work.
