CCC chapter closes shop

After 33 years, the North Star Chapter of the CCC closed its doors this summer. In its heyday, the chapter boasted 280 members who gathered regularly for evening banquets, spring and fall luncheons and summer picnics. Throughout the years, members also planted trees, volunteered at the state fair and led projects to memorialize the work of the CCC. Check out the chapter’s final newsletter.
