Environmental Resources Specialist – Ramsey County
Join the team in providing programs and services that protect and enhance the natural resources in Ramsey County. This position is within the Parks and Recreation department with the following responsibilities: assist in overseeing wildlife habitat restoration projects, complete wildlife and vegetation surveys, administer the parks encroachment program, coordinate best management practices maintenance, complete wetland delineations and surveys, use GIS and GPS to collect, organize and analyze environmental data, prepare plans and grants relating to natural resources management, work with adjoining private and public entities; complete a variety of conservation projects.
