Prairie Biologist – The Nature Conservancy

As a Prairie Biologist, you will work closely with public agency (federal and state) partners to develop, manage, and advance conservation programs, particularly planning and utilizing methods for a prairie landscape. You will promote prairie conservation practices to landowners including possible sale for Federal, State and Private conservation programs. Additionally, you’ll also coordinate with private contractors, seasonal habitat staff and Conservation Corps of MN crews to implement land management activities including prescribed fire, woody removal, invasive species treatment and conservation grazing.
