Jen Isham

Jen is a Youth Outdoors Field Coordinator working out of St. Paul, Minnesota. She is originally from Wisconsin, and graduated from University of Wisconsin – River Falls in 2021 with a degree in Environmental Science. Soon after, she was drawn to the Conservation Corps by her desire to gain field experience and work with youth in an environmental education setting. Since then she has served AmeriCorps positions as a Youth Outdoors crew leader, Outdoor Recreation instructor, and Youth Outdoors field specialist before becoming a staff member in 2024.

In her free time, Jen likes to spend time outside, often exploring the North Shore. In the summer, she tries to spend as much time as possible backpacking new sections of trails, such as the Superior Hiking Trail, the Ice Age trail, and most recently the Colorado Trail. She has a wealth of knowledge on the best coffee shops to stop at during Minnesota road trips and always welcomes suggestions.
