Mari Hardel

Mari works with partners to schedule projects for crews in Northern Minnesota and oversees the Northern MN field crew program.

Mari has served as a crew leader for CCMI, Southwest Conservation Corps of Colorado, and the Student Conservation Association, leading both youth and adult crews. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and worked for the MN Department of Agriculture Noxious and Invasive Weed program in northern Minnesota prior to returning to Conservation Corps.

Mari loves being outside and dreams year-round of cross country skiing. She also enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, canoe tripping, berry picking, creative projects and ice cream.
