Bailey Hadnott-Taylor

Bailey has been an environmental engineer since 2016 when she graduated from University of Iowa with a degree in Civil Engineering. She received her masters in engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2022. At Barr, she works with a variety of clients and helps them with their water and wastewater needs. Outside of Barr she is a member of the Twin Cities Professional Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers where she has served as Pre-Collegiate Chair, Programs Chair and President. In addition to work and volunteering with community organizations like NSBE, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog at home, doing house projects or traveling with friends and family.
