As the Assistant Program Manager, Elle supports the Individual Placements team with hiring, training, and administration. They have a background in teaching and nonprofit programming, and a Master’s degree in Education from Northwest Missouri. Elle has a passion for inclusive outdoor opportunities for all ages. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, reading, and working in the garden.
